• Wrong size ordered

• Buyer’s remorse

• Ordering the wrong color or style

However, we always guarantee product quality.

Replacements

We will replace your item for free if:

• It arrives damaged

• The print is incorrect

• You received the wrong item

• There is a manufacturing defect

To request a replacement:

2. Include your order number, photos, and a short description.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• The product arrives damaged

• The product is never delivered

• A verified production error occurs
